Voapo Community Rules
Version 2026-11-01
Voapo is for meeting people with respect. These rules cover profiles, photos, messages and how you treat others. If you break them, we may remove content or close your account.
Adults only
- You must be 18 or older. No photos of minors, even of yourself as a child.
- If you think someone is a minor, report them with "Looks underage": we review those first.
Be yourself
- Use photos of yourself, or photos that don't show someone else without their permission.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, a celebrity or a company.
- One account per person.
Photos
- Profile and public photos: no nudity, no genitals, no sexual acts, no violence.
- Private albums and chats: adult content may only be shared with people who want to receive it. Never explicit sexual acts with others without their consent.
- Never share intimate photos or videos of another person without their permission. It is a serious violation and a crime in many countries.
- No real violence, gore, weapons used to intimidate, or drugs for sale.
Respect
- Don't harass, insist after a "no", threaten or humiliate.
- No hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, body, gender identity, HIV status or orientation. You can say what you're looking for without putting anyone down.
- Don't reveal other people's private information (where they live, their real name, HIV status, orientation).
No money, nothing illegal
- No offering or asking for sex in exchange for money or gifts, no selling drugs, weapons or anything illegal.
- No scams: asking for money, investments, crypto, "help" or verification codes.
- No advertising, links to other paid apps, or spam.
Protect yourself and others
- Don't try to find out where someone is.
- Don't use Voapo to set traps for others. Helping anyone persecute LGBTQ+ people means immediate removal, and we will report it where the law allows.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on severity: warning, content removal, temporary suspension or permanent closure. Serious violations (minors, violence, extortion, sharing intimate images) mean immediate closure and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities. You can always appeal.
How to report
Tap "Report" on a profile or long-press a message. It's confidential: the other person won't know it was you. If someone is in immediate danger, call emergency services.
